秋田県黒沢集落の夏は、深緑があたり一面を覆う季節です。強い陽射しと湿った大地の中で、力強く葉を茂らせるよもぎと、その他のハーブたちを原料に、古来インドの叡智「アーユルヴェーダ」の伝統製法で丁寧に仕上げました。

HIJIRI 2026 Summer Dew

Summer in the Kurosawa hamlet, Akita, is a season wrapped in deep green. Grown under strong sun and moist earth, mugwort — together with a gathering of other herbs — grows thick and full. Each drop is finished with the traditional methods of Ayurveda, the ancient wisdom of India.

Life force, just as the earth of Kurosawa gave it. This oil settles softly into the skin — a drop that keeps quiet company even on a humid summer morning.

Summer Dew is blended with the chopped leaves and flowers of dokudami (Houttuynia cordata), a plant that opens its small white, cross-shaped blossoms in early summer. Long familiar in Japanese gardens and along quiet roadsides, its green, crisp fragrance lends a note of coolness to the summer mugwort.
